Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Caisse d'Épargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes, a regional cooperative bank, is recruiting 410 workers in 2025, primarily customer consultants. The company plans to hire 250 permanent employees, 85 work-study participants, and 75 seasonal workers, particularly students.
The bank, headquartered in Bordeaux, is also continuing its experiment with France Travail by offering individualised preparation for candidates undergoing career changes.
Caisse d'Épargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes has a total workforce of 2,464 employees.
