European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Culligan Iberia, a water solutions specialist, has announced an ambitious expansion plan for Spain in 2026, combining the recruitment of more than 450 employees with an investment exceeding €25 million. The company aims to strengthen its brand identity and consolidate its market position.
Part of the planned investment will fund the acquisition of 160 new vehicles, with a target of ensuring that more than 30% of the fleet consists of eco or zero-emission models, reinforcing its sustainability commitments. Additional funds will support infrastructure improvements, including the expansion of the Soceo spring in León and the installation of solar panels.
