Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Caisse d'Épargne CEPAC, a regional French bank, is hiring 350 new workers across the thirteen departments it services. Of these, 250 are permanent positions, while 100 are work-study contracts. The bank is recruiting for several roles, particularly customer advisors and commercial positions.
The goal of this recruitment is to support the bank's economic and social development in the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Corse, La Réunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Guyane, and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
