European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Satellite Industries, a manufacturer of modular, portable toilets, has opened a new plant in Kalisz. The factory opened on 13 February 2024, and a new hall is also to be built nearby. The location is set to become a strategic site for the company. Ultimately, the company will employ 200 people at the new plant. Sattellite Industires is an American company that has been operating for more than 50 years, specialising in the production of modular toilets using vacuum technology and modern portable sanitation solutions.
