Description
Rambøll, a Danish engineering, architecture, and consultancy firm, has announced the dismissal of approximately 100 employees, primarily affecting staff functions. The restructuring follows a previous layoff of around 250 employees in 2024, mainly within architecture and construction in the Nordic region. These reductions were attributed to project delays and cancellations in the second half of 2024. Before the recent dismissals, Rambøll employed around 4,100 people in Denmark and more than 18,000 globally, with offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Greenland. The company continues to operate across multiple sectors, providing engineering and consultancy services worldwide.
