European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Naboo, a startup specialising in professional event organisation, is set to hire 110 workers this year, including between 20 and 40 programmers in 2025. The platform recently raised 20 million euros to grow their company and further implement new technologies, building on previous investments that enabled the integration of artificial intelligence. This has allowed staff to dedicate more time to client relations.
The startup aims to challenge American companies who have a monopoly in the B2C event organisation market, by targeting the B2B sector. In addition to consolidating its domestic presence, Naboo plans to expand internationally throughout Europe and the United States.
