European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SII Ouest, a subsidiary of SII, is set to recruit more than 100 workers this year in their offices, with half of these positions based in Rennes. The recent inauguration of their new offices in Rennes marks the creation of a technological hub dedicated to strategic client projects, such as automation and artificial intelligence.
SII’s overall workforce now totals 16,000 employees across 20 countries.
Several large restructurings have been recorded in the database, with the latest national hiring of 1,800 workers in 2024 SII 2024 - FR.
