European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lundgrens law firm will close on March 1, 2025, due to unsuccessful merger attempts with other law firms. More than 100 employees will lose their jobs, with many partners and lawyers joining DLA Piper and Mazanti-Andersen, while several administrative staff will be laid off. Founded in 1996, Lundgrens pursued a growth strategy in 2020 but was severely impacted by market slowdown. A new office in Nordhavn will be taken over by Bruun & Hjejle. Three partners and their teams will also move to a competitor. The firm will be liquidated voluntarily.
