European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Naval Group, a French industrial manufacturer specializing in naval defense, is hiring 100 workers in Rennes in 2025. The group is partnering with Alten Group to establish an innovation hub for technology. Alten Group will host Naval Group's workers in its facility, where they will focus on developing advanced naval technologies, conducting engineering studies, and industrializing new systems.
Several large restructurings have been recorded in the ERM database, including the creation of 100 jobs in 2020 Naval Group 2020 - FR.
