European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Argotec, the Italian space technology firm, has announced plans to create 100 new positions at its newly inaugurated SpacePark facility in San Mauro Torinese, near Turin.
The €25 million investment in the satellite manufacturing centre aims to enhance production capabilities, with a target of producing over 50 satellites annually and to reduce significantly the production time. The facility, housed in a building originally designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, represents a significant expansion of Italy's space industry capacity and employment opportunities in the high-tech aerospace sector.
