Tout Faire, France's largest network of independent building material traders, has announced that it plans to create 1,000 jobs at its sites across France.
The company has launched its ‘Exit Bullshit Jobs’ recruitment campaign to attract candidates. The initiative targets workers seeking meaningful roles, using tactics like pre-filled resignation letters distributed via print media, stickers placed in co-working spaces, billboards near office buildings, and digital outreach on LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
Tout Faire has 450 locations across France and Belgium. The chain employs over 4,000 people.
