Description
Reezocar, a platform for selling used cars and a subsidiary of Société Générale, did not receive any takeover offers. It resulted in its closure on November 4 and the loss of more than 200 jobs. The closure is attributed to financial difficulties exacerbated by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the online second-hand car market.
The company operated a technical platform and store in Seclin, as well as its headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt.
A previous business expansion which created 100 job, was recorded on the ERM database in 2020 Reezocar 2020 - FR.
