European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mondi, a company producing packaging and paper products, is expanding its factory in Mszczonów, and plans to hire up to 236 employees.
The expansion of the facility producing cardboard packaging is expected to significantly increase production capacity and improve logistics operations. The new plan will open in November of 2024.
The plant produces packaging for producers of household chemicals, cosmetics, fruit and vegetables intended for sale in stationary stores, as well as packaging for the e-commerce industry..
Mondi is a global company in the packaging and paper industry, employing 22,000 people across more than 30 countries. In 2023, Mondi reported a revenue of €7.3 billion.
