European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Private hospital group, Blackrock Health, is to create 1,000 new jobs in Ireland over the next five years. The jobs will be based at Blackrock Health centres - Blackrock, Galway, Hermitage and Limerick clinics. The jobs are as a result of an investment of €500 million in the private hospital group which will expand the inpatient bed capacity to nearly 500. Currently, 3,000 people are employed by the Blackrock Health and the private hospitals cared for more than 360,000 patients last year.
