The snacks manufacturer Europe Snacks is changing ownership and announcing the recruitment of 200 employees by the end of the year. One Rock Capital Partners has acquired the stake held by Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners), majority shareholder in Europe Snacks since 2013. The new shareholder intends to continue Europe Snacks' strategy of international expansion through acquisitions, particularly in Eastern Europe, Germany and Italy. The 200 jobs are scheduled to be created at the Vendée site by the end of the year.
