European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ResultsCX Ireland, a customer service and experience company is to create 200 jobs by early 2025. This will bring the company's total employees in Ireland to 500 people.
The company has created 150 new jobs earlier in 2024 to bring its workforce to 300 people by the summer of 2024. A further 200 new roles will now be hired on top of this.
The new jobs are multilingual positions in Spanish, German and French.
ResultsCX Ireland acquired Zevas Communications in August 2023. The American multinational has its Irish headquarters in Cork.
