Description
STADA Romania, part of the German company specialized in manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceuticals will create 196 new jobs in Romania by the end of 2024. The company is building a pharmaceutical plant in Turda (Cluj County) with a capacity of 160 million boxes of medicines annually and will produce the first box of medicines in October this year at the new plant.
As of December 2023, STADA employed 11,466 people worldwide. STADA Arzneimittel AG is headquartered in Bad Vilbel, Germany and sells its products in approximately 120 countries.
The company entered the local market in 2018 and has a workforce of 280 people in Romania.
