European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The international financial consultancy Deloitte will open its ninth office in Portugal, in the city of Braga - North Portugal. According to the company, the new office will support specialised resources in various technological areas, namely Artifitial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Low code/No code, Customer Experience, Systems Design & Engineering, Service Management and Process Orchestration.
Deloitte's Braga operation will also export services to different international markets, namely the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Middle East and Netherlands.
Its operations in Braga started with an initial team of 150 workers, and will increase by a further 100 workers by the end of this year.
By 2027, Deloitte expects to hire a thousand workers, in a total investment of €10 million.
