Description
STEICO, a producer of wood fibre insulation materials, launched a factory in Gromadka near Bolesławiec, resulting in the creation of 190 new jobs.
The Gromadka plant is the third plant of the company in Poland (next to Czarnkowo and Czarna Woda); the new plant will initially focus on the production of one of its most popular products - thermal insulation mats. Ultimately, three production lines are to be set up in Gromadka, producing various insulation products based on wood fibres, leading to the creation of production jobs in particular.
The STEICO Group is a German company for construction products made from renewable raw materials. The Group's parent company STEICO SE is headquartered in Feldkirchen near Munich.
