European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Norwegian online supermarket delivery company Oda has announced that it will cut 150 jobs worldwide.
The restructuring programme will be implemented in Norway and Sweden, and it will affect employees in Oda Group Services, the department responsible for product and technology development. In Norway, 120 positions are expected to be cut, while in Sweden 30 jobs will be cut.
Oda estimates that this will result in savings of up to €17.13 million annually. The company is also implementing an organisational change that involves the creation of a new joint management group.
