Hungarian telemarketing firm CallComm launched its new call centre office in Nyíregyháza. The expansion enabled the company to create 100 new jobs. The new office was established in the Nyíregyházi University building. Many of the new workers are young university graduates, primarily women.
CallComm is a prominent call centre service provider within the region. In addition to the establishment of the new office space and the workforce expansion, the investment entails a professional and language training programme for 150 employees to support the management's plans for international expansion. The investment cost was €270 million, to which the government provided a subsidy of €81.
