Description
Czech travel agency and flight-search platform Kiwi.com has announced that it will cut about 200 jobs worldwide.
The layoffs will affect staff in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and the UK. The move is part of a larger restructuring programme which includes revising organisational structures, optimising operational processes, and adjusting workforce levels to the current business needs.
The company was founded in 2012 under the name Skypicker and changed its name in 2016. Currently, Kiwi.com employs about 1,200 employees in four countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
