Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CGI is looking to recruit almost 400 people on permanent contracts in order to support its growth and meet the current demand from businesses and public authorities for innovation and digital transformation projects. More than 300 positions are to be filled at its Toulouse site (Haute-Garonne) and around 90 at its Montpellier site (Hérault). The group is mainly looking for experienced profiles in several technologies and fields (SAP, salesforce, data, full stack, infrastructure, cybersecurity, space, etc.).
CGI, which currently has 1,100 employees in Toulouse and almost 500 in Montpellier, is also looking to take on around a hundred new interns and work-study students. CGI employs 15,000 employees in France.
Previously, the company has held multiples recruitment campaign in France: in 2022, with 3500 new jobs (CGI 2022 - FR); in three moments in 2017, with 1800 (CGI 2017a - FR; 250 (CGI 2017b - FR); 2,500 (CGI 2017c - FR ) new vacancies each.
