Ireland-based fashion retailer Primark will open its first Hungarian store in Budapest on 28 May. As a result, some 180 jobs are to be created.
Besides men's, women's and children's clothing, the store will sell holiday clothes, beauty products, accessories and furnishings.
Hungary is the 17th country globally, and the sixth country in Central Eastern Europe where Primark has established a presence so far. In Hungary, the firm will primarily compete with other low-cost retailers like Pepco, TEDi and KiK
