European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Car dealership company, Motor Distributors Limited (MDL) is to create 150 new jobs over the course of 2023.
Motor Distributors Limited currently employs 300 people in Ireland. The new roles will be in sales, technical and customer support.
The company was appointed as national dealer for the Chinese manufactured electric vehicle car brand BYD. BYD is the world’s largest maker of electric vehicles. MDL will establish a dealer network for BYD in Ireland and will both distribute the cars and provide customer support.
