Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Customer service company, Zevas Communications, is to create 150 new jobs in Cork by summer 2024.
Recruitment is to begin immediately, and the new roles are mainly sales roles in the fintech sector division. The new roles will be based in Cork but many of the recruits will be offered the option to work from home.
The company currently employs 160 staff, most of whom are based in Cork. In August 2023, Zevas Communications was acquired by American customer service solutions company ResultsCX.
