European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Firma Oponiarska D bica, a Polish tyre manufacturer, will hire 200 people at its factory in D bica. The recruitment has started in connection with the development of the plant. The company is looking for employees (with experience as well as beginners) for the following positions: tyre and CNC machine operator, mould fitter, repair mechanic, electrician, electrician, electromechanic.
The Firma Oponiarska D bica had been operating for 85 years. It manufactures tyres for cars, vans and trucks only of its own brand, but also of Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda and Sava. The D bica factory is the largest Goodyear plant in Europe and one of the three largest in the world. The factory employs around 3,000 people.
