Description
The Idéa Group (former TMTTM - Manutention Transport Transit et Magasinage), a cooperative group with 2,100 employees based in Montoir-de-Bretagne (Loire-Atlantique) has announced to recruit 250 people per year the next two years. In total, 500 employees should be recruited until April 2026. The cooperative is specilised in industrial logistics for the aeronautical industry. The group is trying to extend its offering to other sectors, including healthcare and construction, which are reluctant to outsource their supply chain.
When it comes to logistics for construction sites, Idéa is primarily targeting the renovation market, particularly in constrained urban environments. Construction sites for future nuclear power stations are also a market in which the group intends to position itself.
These new activities should contribute to the group's already strong growth.
