Description
Salt Bank, a Romanian digital financial institution announced its intention to hire 100 persons by the end of 2024. The new jobs are in the area of technology and customer support.
The company is the first fully digital bank in Romania, which was officially launched on April 4. It emerged after Banca Transilvania bought Idea Bank and put the financial institution through a major reconfiguration process. Idea::Bank is the third bank bought by Banca Transilvania, after Volksbank and Bancpost. After acquiring Idea::Bank, Banca Transilvania also acquired OTP Bank Romania.
Currently, the company has a workforce of 200 persons.
