Description

Irish software company Workhuman is to cut 60 jobs from its workforce of 600 in Ireland. The company employs 1,300 workers globally and announced it would cut 10% of the global workforce as part of a restructuring process in response to the uncertain economic environment Workhuman 2023 - WO. The company was categorised as a “unicorn” in 2020 when it was valued at more than $1 billion.

As part of the collective redundancy process, the company was to take part in a consultation with staff and the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment will be informed as part of this process.

Workhuman (formerly Globoforce) was founded in 1999 in Ireland. The company provides cloud-based, human capital management (HCM) software solutions.
