Adidas has inaugurated a new logistics hub, named Adidas Campus South, in Mantua, which is set to create job opportunities for approximately 700 individuals, irrespective of their prior experience. This jobs will offer career development opportunities alongside a benefits package such as parental leave, days allocated for volunteer work, language training programs, counseling services, partnerships, health insurance, and mental health support. The recruitment is being carried out by Kuehne+Nagel, a global logistics and transportation firm, with assistance from Manpower.
Spanning 130,000 square meters, the Adidas Campus South has been designed with a commitment to environmental sustainability, featuring highly automated processes that lighten the workload. Furthermore, this logistics center is positioned to become a pivotal distribution point for Adidas products across 19 countries in Southern and Eastern Europe, highlighting its strategic importance in the company's supply chain network.
