European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Lusíadas Saúde group has opened a new hospital in Vilamoura in the Algarve. With an investment of €10 million, this new health unit has more than 20 consultation offices, treatment rooms, operating theatres, a gastroenterology unit and an imaging area.
This investment will create 250 new jobs.
The Lusíadas Vilamoura Hospital has strengthened the healthcare offer in the south of Portugal, being the first healthcare unit dedicated to out-patient surgery in the Algarve.
The plans include investments in health centres in the regions of Santa Maria da Feira, Paços de Ferreira (Porto), Monsanto (Lisbon) and Alenquer.
