Microsoft Corporation, American multinational corporation and technology company announced the creation of 400 new jobs in Romania by the end of 2024. The local subsidiary of the American company announced that the high level of hiring is due to the economic potential of Romania and the qualified staff that exists on the local market.
For Microsoft Corporation, Romania is evaluated as high growth country and Romanian subsidiary is the second largest in Europe, after the one in Ireland.
At the end of 2022, according to the latest data, the company had 1,558 employees in Romania.
