European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Irish-owned professional services firm, Contracting Plus, is to create 100 new jobs in Ireland over the next three years.
The company offers accounting, tax, and advisory services to independent professional contractors. It said the expansion is due to “strong growth” in specialist financial services.
Contracting Plus was founded in 2022 and currently employs 150 people in Ireland. The company is headquartered in Dublin and also has a division in Cork. It also has two international locations in London and India.
