Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
By 2024, ID Logistics will be responsible for the logistics activities of several new sites in strategic areas in France and as part of these openings, the company is looking for new employees to strengthen its workforce. 800 new vacancies will be available, and these positions will be distributed between internships, work-study and permanent contracts, and will cover both on-site operational assignments and support functions. Among those ca. 400 will be permanent contracts.
ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group with sales of €2.5 billion in 2022. The company manages 375 sites in 18 countries, representing more than 8 million square metres of warehouse space in Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
In 2023, ID Logistics already recruited 700 new employees, including 500 permanent contracts and 200 internships and work-study contracts (ID Logistics 2023 - FR).
