French IT services company Hardis group has announced plans to recruit 380 employees in Europe in 2024.
About 340 positions are expected to be created in France, while another 40 in Spain, the Netherlands and Poland. Hardis will recruit for digital services activities, Cloudity (integration of Salesforce solutions), and Reflex (software publishing for logistics execution). The company seeks professionals with various expertise, including development engineers, DEvOps engineers, product owners, infrastructure consultants, support technicians, public cloud specialists, database administrators, business analysts, data specialists, AI specialists or IT project managers. Through the recruitment, the company plans to achieve its organic growth target of 10%. The company posted a consolidated turnover of €190 million in 2023, up 22% year-on-year.
Founded in 1984, Hardis is a consulting and IT services company, a Salesforce integrator and a software publisher for logistics. Currently, it employs 1,700, 260 of whom are based in Spain, the Netherlands and Poland.
