Description

The retail chain of stores Lidl Bulgaria, a subsidiary of the German company Schwarz Gruppe, plans to open 8 to 10 new stores in 2024. Nearly 200 new jobs will be created in relation to the expansion. In 2024, the new stores that Lidl plans to open are both in large cities such as Sofia, Ruse, Burgas, and in smaller ones where the chain has not been present so far - Lom, Kavarna, Karnobat, etc. In each new facility, the company will invest an average of BGN 14 million (Euro 3.6 million). Currently the company owns 124 retail stores in 54 towns and over 4000 employees across the country.
