The Readiness IT, a Portuguese technology company, has its main training centre in Fundão. The centre employs 130 workers, internally known by 'System Ninjas'. The company will recruit 100 new workers to meet the needs of its expansion plans in the market and face the new projects that are approaching.
The company is part of the RIT Group, which has 10 offices across eight countries, employing more than 500 professionals.
Aside from Portugal, where it has centres in Porto (headquarters), Lisbon and Fundão, the Readiness IT also operates directly in Spain, Chile, Peru, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Serbia.
Readiness IT had a turnover of €127 million, eight and a half years after it was established.
