European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German aerospace equipment supplier Liebherr Aerospace, which specialises in air-conditioning equipment for the aerospace industry, has announced that it is recruiting 160 employees in engineering, production and supply chain positions in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) and Campsas (Tarn-et-Garonne). To achieve this, it is organising a job dating event on 5 February 2024. The company is looking for people in the manufacturing field, including positions for mechanical fitters, welders and CNC machine operators, as well as skills in R&T, design and development, methods and support functions such as supply chain, quality, sales and information systems. Several announcement were already recorded in the ERM database: 130 job recruitments in January 2023 (FR-Liebherr.Aerospace-2023). A previous reorganisation has been recorded in the ERM Database in 2020 with 100 job cuts (FR-Liebherr.Aerospace-2020). Finally an announcement of 150 jobs was recorded in 2019 (FR-Liebherr.Aerospace-2019).
