Description

Eko-okna, a window manufacturer, has opened a factory in Wodzisław Śląski, where it will employ an additional 1,000-1,500 people by the end of 2024, reaching a total employment of 3000 people. The new factory is the company's second plant and includes production lines, warehouses and offices. The company is currently recruiting production workers for cutting, machining and assembling, hardware, milling and assembly work; the factory is also developing a sales department that recruits people with knowledge of foreign languages. Eko-Okna S.A. is a Polish manufacturer of plastic building products based in Kornice, specialising in the production of PVC and aluminium window and door joinery. The company is the largest window manufacturer in Europe and employs 13,000 people.
