The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German company Fressnapf, one of the largest retailer of pet products in Europe announced that it would expand its team in Romania, targeting an accelerated hiring program in 2024. The company announced the creation of 100 new positions by opening 14 new stores. The new store staff will be part of headquarter, logistics, sales, marketing, HR, finance, expansion departments.
Currently, the company has opened three stores and plans to reach 14 units by the end of the year, aiming for further organic growth, with an annual number of 10-15 new openings, by reaching around 100 stores in Romania.
By the end of 2022, the company had in Romania 46 employees.
In Europe, the group has 1,500 stores and 11,000 employees.
