The COM40 furniture, mattress and components factory, plans to reduce its workforce by 3.7% (100 people) at the Ociąż plant.
The decision is driven by economic challenges, notably a decrease in the number of orders. The redundancy plan, encompassing both production and administrative roles, is expected to conclude by the end of January. Information about the redundancies was provided to the District Labour Office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
