European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Élément, a SME which is specialised in the production of green electricity, has announced a new €50 million round of funding, which will enable it to double its workforce from the current 100 to 200 by 2030. The company is developing a multi-sector approach to renewable energies (wind power, solar panels, hydroelectricity), and it engages in the construction and management of the infrastructures it designs. It builds and finances its projects with participatory investment from local and regional authorities. The funds raised will mainly be used to develop its projects in France, but also to expand in Finland, Italy and Germany.
