European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
TUI Portugal (TUI Ambassador Tours) is a subsidiary of the German Company TUI and has been a tour operator in the Portuguese market since 2001. The group will open its first digital hub in Porto, North Portugal, and will recruit 50 specialised technological workers, increasing its workforce by 30%, from the current 150 to 200 employees by the end of 2023. Specialized in large-scale trips, TUI Portugal has a vast portfolio of cultural and leisure travel tours in various geographical areas, with special emphasis on Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
