Concentrix, a global provider of customer experience solutions and technologies, has opened a new office in the Global Office Park complex in Katowice, Poland, and will employ 500 people.
The establishment of the new office is linked to the company's expanding operations in Poland. Katowice was chosen as the location due to its emergence as an hub for IT sectors in Poland for several years; the office lease was finalised on 30 November 2023, and IT specialists will be employed.
Concentrix carries out customer experience (CX) projects for more than 130 Fortune Global 500 and 125 new economy clients and is present in 40 countries and six continents; in total, Concentrix employs more than 1,500 people in Poland.
