The women's fashion chain Kookaï, which was placed in receivership in February 2023, has been partially taken over by the Antonelle-Un jour ailleurs (UJA) group. Antonelle-UJA is taking over 16 shops and 17 corners, and preserving 70 of Kookaï's 220 jobs. In the coming months, the Antonelle-UJA group will be redeploying its shop network in France and then in Europe, with the opening of around fifteen new shops and a particular focus on digital.
Kookaï has around a hundred shops in France and is present in Spain, Switzerland, the United States and Australia.
