Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Irish process engineering company, Leo Lynch, is to create 100 new jobs in Ireland by the end of 2025.
The background of this business expansion is that Leo Lynch aims to have a revenue of €100 million by the end of 2025 as part of its expansion. Some of the new roles are currently advertised and include project engineers and mechanical engineers.
Leo Lynch currently employs 350 people, and has also announced that it will create an additional 50 jobs across Europe and the UK.
