Description
The Romanian subsidiary of the Indian Genpact, an outsourcing service provider, has announced that it will create 1,000 new jobs at its location in Iasi (Iasi County) by the end of 2024. The open positions are open for person with expertise in areas as finance, risk management, sales and commercial services, IT support and data analysis. The employees working in Romania offer support in 30 languages and are providing support in both Europe and the Middle East.
Currently about 33% of the company's employees work remotely, 33% in a hybrid system, with the remaining employees going to the office.
As of December 2022, Genpact has 3,271 employees in Romania. Internationally, Genpact has over 115,000 employees in 30 countries.
