Keran, a Nantes-based group specialising in regional planning consultancy and engineering, has announced that it will be recruiting around a hundred people. Keran is continuing its external growth with the acquisition of a 60% stake in Civiteo (8 employees), a start-up specialising in public data management. Since the beginning of 2023, the Group has acquired YS Énergies marines (YS EMD) and, more recently, Logiroad. Together, they represent a total of 55 employees and sales of around €5.5m. Keran, as a whole, will achieve sales of nearly €70m this year, rising to around €60m by 2022.
