Description
AFI Europe, an Israeli company specialising in real estate development and investment operations, will open a new retail park in Arad (Arad County) by November 2023, which is expected to generate some 2,000 new jobs.
AFI Europe owns, develops and manages properties and projects in Serbia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia and Romania with on-the-ground teams comprising more than 150 persons.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, AFI Europe is part of the AFI Group — an international holdings and investments conglomerate with subsidiaries that engage in real estate, construction, infrastructure, industry and hotels.
In Romania, AFI Europe already has several shopping centres in Bucharest, Ploiesti (Prahova County) and Brasov (Brasov County).
